Appropriate for ages birth to 5 years old

Please bring a breathing buddy (small stuffed animal or favorite snuggly toy)

We will stretch, stomp, hop, fly all to a favorite children's story with lots of animals!

using a yoga mat or towel is good way for kids to have their own 'space' during class
No food, drink or fragrances please!
