Appropriate for ages birth to 5 years old
We will stretch, stomp, hop, fly all to a favorite children's story with lots of animals!
Please bring a breathing buddy (small stuffed animal or favorite snuggly toy)
AND a yoga mat or towel so kids have their own 'space' during class!
NO FOOD, DRINK or FRAGRANCES PLEASE for the safety of our allergic children! friends are welcome!
